With 8 years of experience in banking and finance, and a background in Montessori teaching, Ratasha's journey took a meaningful turn when she faced a personal struggle with psoriasis. Driven by her quest for natural solutions, she pursued a diploma in Ayurvedic skincare from Chowgale College in 2019.
In 2017-18, Ratasha began crafting her natural skincare range, The Glow Co., with a mission to provide effective, gentle products for sensitive and autoimmune skin conditions. With a deep understanding of skin and hair care, Ratasha's products are designed to nurture and protect, while promoting overall well-being.
